Traveling North or South on the New Jersey Turnpike
Take exit 10 and bear left to route 440. Exit at Smith St., Perth Amboy. Turn left onto Route 35 North (Convery Blvd.). At the second light, turn right onto New Brunswick Ave. Raritan Bay Medical Center’s Perth Amboy Division is on the left. The parking deck is one block past the medical center on New Brunswick Ave.
Traveling South on the Garden State Parkway
Take exit 129. Follow signs to Perth Amboy/New Brunswick Ave. Turn left at stop sign onto New Brunswick Ave. The medical center is on the left after the second traffic light. The parking deck is one block past the medical center on New Brunswick Ave.
Traveling North on the Garden State Parkway
Take exit 125 (immediately after Raritan toll). Follow signs to Route 35 North. Proceed over the Victory Bridge and turn right after third light. The medical center is on the left. The parking deck is one block past the medical center on New Brunswick Ave.
From 287 or 440
Take the Amboy Ave. exit and bear right onto Convery Blvd. (Rt. 35 South). Turn left at the fifth light onto New Brunswick Ave. The medical center is on the left. The parking deck is one block past the medical center on New Brunswick Ave.
OR Take the Smith St. exit and turn left onto Convery Blvd. Turn right at the second traffic light. The medical center is on the left.

Traveling East or West on Route 18
Take Route 18 to Old Bridge. Follow signs to Ferry Rd. Raritan Bay Medical Center’s Old Bridge Division is located about 200 yards from Rt. 18 on Ferry Rd.
Traveling North or South on Route 9
Take Route 9 to Old Bridge. Follow signs to Ferry Rd. Exit at Ferry Rd. Raritan Bay Medical Center’s Old Bridge Division is about half a mile down on the right.
Traveling South on the Garden State Parkway
After the Raritan toll booth, stay to the right lanes marked “Local All Exits” Take exit 123, Route 9 South (second exit after toll). Follow signs to Ferry Rd. Exit at Ferry Rd. Raritan Bay Medical Center’s Old Bridge Division is about half a mile down on the right.
Traveling North on the Garden State Parkway
Take exit 120 (Laurence Harbor). Turn right at the stop sign onto Matawan Rd. turn right at Cliffwood Rd., then left onto Morristown Rd. Continue to end, and turn right onto Route 34 North. Turn Left onto Perrine Rd. and go to light. Turn left onto Route 9 South. Follow signs to Ferry Rd. Exit at Ferry Rd. Raritan Bay Medical Center’s Old Bridge Division is about half a mile down on the right.
