If you are experiencing problems accessing the Employee Self Service site please download and install the following Microsoft system updates:
*Please note that you will need administrative rights on the machine you are attempting to update to install the updates.

1 Navigate to the MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services) download page by following the link below.

2 From this page find and select the download button next to msxml.msi which is a 5 Megabyte download.

3 Once you have downloaded the file, double click the file to initiate setup.

4 Select “Next” at the first prompt. Select, “I accept the terms…..” and next again at the second prompt. Click on “Next” once again, and finally select the “Install Now” option to complete the installation of the first update.

1 Navigate to the MSXML2 SP6 download by following the link below.
http://download.microsoft.com/download/8/9/c/89cb25e3-5ab0-4f9d-9ca0-093017bedbda/msxml2sp6-kb887606-x86-enu.exe

2 When prompted select “Run” to initiate the setup.

3 Select “Next”, “I Agree”, “Next”, and finally “Finish”
