Our staff members are not permitted to accept tips or gratuities. If you wish to recognize an employee or volunteer, you may send a letter to the Office of the President, Raritan Bay Medical Center, 530 New Brunswick Avenue, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.

Raritan Bay Medical Center Foundation

Raritan Bay Medical Center Foundation is a private, registered (501) c(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to raise funds in support of Raritan Bay Medical Center by working closely with physicians, community groups, businesses and individuals. The Foundation encourages and accepts financial contributions through a wide array of giving products and programs to suit your individual needs.

Contributions can be made in many ways; gifts of cash (check or credit card), securities and real estate all support Raritan Bay Medical Center’s immediate needs and are always welcome. Deferred or Planned Gifts are equally welcome and become the basis for endowing the perpetual support of the medical center. These innovative gifts, some of which provide a lifetime income for the donor, include bequests, charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts among several others. The Heritage Society, an annual giving society, provides individuals the opportunity to join a very prominent group of community minded individuals who have selected Raritan Bay Medical Center as one of their Charities of Choice. Members make an annual donation, commensurate to their individual means, in support of the medical Center. Heritage Society “Circle of Friends” members are listed on the “Wall of Fame” prominently displayed in the lobby of the hospital.

As Raritan Bay Medical Center continues to meet the demands of healthcare today, we must plan for the future by continuing to provide the most current state-of-the-art technology and highest quality of care. The Foundation plays a key role in providing the funds necessary to satisfy these needs along with funding the physical enhancements of the medical center.

Patient Satisfaction Survey

You are very important to us and we want to be sure we are meeting your needs. Therefore upon discharge, you may be contacted on your home telephone by our satisfaction survey company who will ask you to rate your healthcare experience using a ratings scale of Always-Usually-Sometimes-Never.  We appreciate your time and participation in answering the surveyor’s questions. Survey results are vitally important; they help us evaluate our services and present an opportunity to acknowledge staff or make necessary improvements.
