Traveling north or south on the New Jersey Turnpike
Take exit 10 and bear left to route 440. Exit at Smith Street, Perth Amboy. Turn left onto Route 35 North (Convery Blvd.). At the Second light, turn right onto New Brunswick Ave. Raritan Bay Medical Center’s Perth Amboy is on the left. The parking deck is one block past the medical center on New Brunswick Avenue.

Traveling South on the Garden State Parkway
Take exit 129. Follow signs to Perth Amboy/New Brunswick Ave. Turn left at stop sign onto New Brunswick Ave. The Medical Center is on the left after the second traffic light. The parking deck is one block past the Medical Center on New Brunswick Avenue.

Traveling North on the Garden State Parkway
Take exit 125 (immediately after Raritan Toll). Follow signs to Route 35 North. Proceed over the Victory Bridge and turn right after third light. The Medical Center is on the left. The parking deck is one block past the Medical Center on New Brunswick Avenue.

From 287 or 440
Take the Amboy Ave. exit and bear right onto Convery Blvd. (Rt. 35 South). Turn left at the fifth light onto New Brunswick Ave. The Medical Center is on the left. The parking deck is one block past the Medical Center on New Brunswick Avenue.

OR Take the Smith Street exit and turn left onto Convery Blvd. Turn right at the second traffic light. The Medical Center is on the left.
