Patient Representatives

Questions and concerns often arise during a hospital stay. The patient representative is here to help patients and their families in whatever way possible. Please feel free to call the patient representative for help or with any suggestions to improve RBMC’s services. The patient representative’s office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, call extension 3227 at the Perth Amboy and extension 4101 at the Old Bridge. After normal business hours or during the weekend speak to your nurse about service issues.
