Patient Satisfaction

At Raritan Bay Medical Center, we always strive to deliver the highest customer/patient satisfaction. Our priority is to provide the very best care and to offer our patients and their family outstanding service. It is important for us to know about any service concerns you may have while you are here so we can correct them immediately.

If you have an issue, you may contact the patient relations department at extension 3227 at the Perth Amboy  and extension 4101 at the Old Bridge . The patient relations representative is available to assist you, your family and visitors between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. You may also speak to your caregiver about any concerns you have. During weekends or after normal business hours you may leave a message on the patient relations line at extension 5290. A representative will respond.
