Special Needs Communication / Interpreters

RBMC recognizes that patients with visual, speech and/or hearing impairments and patients whose primary language is other than English have special communication needs. We will make all reasonable attempts to provide you with the appropriate assistance to help you communicate clearly and effectively.

This assistance may include, but is not limited to, foreign language or sign language interpreters, telecommunication devices, television captioning devices, telephone amplifier headsets, etc.

When necessary, the hospital will make arrangements for a qualified sign language interpreter, at no cost to you.
