Bridges Senior Services Program
Raritan Bay Medical Center is proud to announce Bridges, a free membership program available to adults 50 and older. Bridges is committed to bringing you new services focused on health, education and recreation to take control of your health and well being.
We have created unique beneftis that you can choose when you want or need them. Raritan Bay Medical Center prides itself on offering the best in healthcare, educational resources and valuable community programs, such as this, for over one hundred years.

reduce stress? Our suggestion is to read and follow the advice of the "Senior Good Health Planner". This comprehensive planner provides you with a convenient way to record your vital medical information that will help health professionals take better care of your health. It also offers up-to-the-minute health facts, checklists and preventative healthcare information.
Current medications and past medical history are vital to the health care worker in order to provide safe care, determine a diagnosis and plan a course of treatment. Raritan Bay Medical Center has developed the "Medical Profile" card to help folks keep track of important and often life-saving medical information. Distinguished Diner's Club
Raritan Bay Medical Center's Distinguished Diner Club is a social group for area senior citizens that meets daily for a wholesome, nutritious and affordable dinner. Complete dinners are served Monday through Friday at a special low cost for members. Social interaction and health education are also part of the program. The Distinguished Diner Club is offered at both the Perth Amboy and Old Bridge Divisions of Raritan Bay Medical Center.
Membership is free to area residents 62 years of age and older. Call (732) 324-5300 for more information or to apply for the Distinguished Diner Club.
