Please speak with your nurse or nursing supervisor if you have any questions or concerns about your care. If your issue is still not resolved, then contact the guest relations department at ext. 3227 (Perth Amboy) or ext. 4101 (Old Bridge) Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. During weekends or after business hours, you may leave a message on the guest relations line at ext. 5290. You also have the right to file your complaint with either:
