During Your Stay
Please speak with your nurse or nursing supervisor if you have any questions or concerns about your care. If your issue is still not resolved, then contact the guest relations department at ext. 3227 (Perth Amboy) or ext. 4101 (Old Bridge) Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. During weekends or after business hours, you may leave a message on the guest relations line at ext. 5290. Making a Difficult Healthcare Decision?
Sometimes a healthcare choice can involve an ethical concern—such as a wish to refuse life-saving treatment or a disagreement over Advance Directives. Our Bioethics Committee can help your team of support people make difficult decisions. For help, call our Medical Administration at ext. 5196.
